I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the promenade and just a short walk to the center of Torquay. The service from our hosts was outstanding, and the housekeeping was impeccable. Dining offered fantastically cooked poached eggs and grilled Teppanyaki fish. The facilities were top-notch. However, there were a few downsides in terms of value for money, which I'll discuss in more detail below.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with a double bed or even three beds. The service from the hosts is outstanding, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience includes fantastically cooked poached eggs and other delicious options. Overall, a great value for money stay with minor room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel is wonderfully situated, very close to the promenade and Newton Abbot racecourse where the event took place. The rooms are cozy and clean, with a really comfy double bed and two relaxing chairs. The service from our hosts was outstanding, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The dining experience included fantastically cooked poached eggs and local focaccia bread. However, the price might not be the best value for money, and the lounge area could be more comfortable.
